Bills placed LCB Terrence McGee (shoulder) on season-ending injured reserve.
The Bills now have 18 players on IR. McGee will undergo surgery to repair a rotator cuff injury in his right shoulder. The 29-year-old was plagued by chest and knee injuries all season after signing a four-year extension in September. Though he'll likely return as the starter in 2010, the Bills have to be concerned about his body holding up.

Bills LCB Terrence McGee will have season-ending surgery on his right shoulder, a source tells the Buffalo News.
McGee was injured while defending Randy Moss in last week's loss to the Patriots. "Randy just came out of nowhere and we collided and it just felt like a truck hit my arm," McGee said. The Bills' secondary held up well earlier this year when McGee was recovering from a knee scope.
