 Vince Young-QB- TitansNov. 15 - 4:32 pm et
Vince Young completed 17-of-25 passes for 210 yards, one touchdown, and one interception against the Bills in Week 10. He added 29 yards on five scrambles.
Kerry Collins got a free pass from his coaches as well as the media, but it's no coincidence that Titans receivers are suddenly making plays. Showing surprising accuracy, Young has a 65.7 completion rate and 7.6 yards per attempt through three starts. He'll continue his strong argument for the 2010 starting job at Houston next week.

 Vince Young-QB - Titans Nov. 8 - 8:28 pm et

Vince Young completed just 12-of-19 passes for 172 yards and added five rushes for 14 yards and a touchdown against the 49ers in Week 9.
The coaches are keeping it simple for Young, and the results have been promising in his first two starts. VY proved that his legs are a weapon in the red zone with a 7-yard score on a delayed draw. The Titans obviously don't want him passing more than 20-25 times per game, which limits his fantasy upside. Still, he's worth rostering as a QB2.
 Vince Young-QB - Titans Nov. 3 - 6:43 pm et

Titans coach Jeff Fisher expressed optimism after Vince Young's first start since Week 1 of 2008.
"This is the first start he's had where he has not had a sack or interception," Fisher said. "He has learned to ... check-down, get rid of the ball or take off when it is time to go take off." The check-downs should help Chris Johnson and Bo Scaife, but the receivers won't have as much value in the more conservative approach.

FoxSports' Jay Glazer reported during Sunday's pregame show that the Titans' decision to start Vince Young over Kerry Collins was "not being met with open arms" in the locker room.
Glazer also revealed that coach Jeff Fisher admitted to Collins that his hands were tied on the move, and the players believe Collins is free from blame for the early-season woes. Some players went so far as to say that five-to-seven times per game Young calls a play that makes no sense whatsoever. VY likely earned quite a bit of locker-room good faith after his Week 8 performance against the Jags.

 Vince Young-QB - Titans Nov. 1 - 7:13 pm et

Vince Young completed 15-of-18 passes for 125 yards and a touchdown and added 12 rushes for 30 yards against the Jaguars in Week 8.
Chalk one up for owner Bud Adams. Young was far more accurate than Kerry Collins had been, and his ability to keep plays alive with his legs provided the Titans offense with an added dimension. He played with confidence, looked comfortable in the pocket and showed nice touch on the 6-yard touchdown to Nate Washington. Young travels to San Francisco next week, where he can be started in two-quarterback leagues.
 Rashean Mathis-DB - Jaguars Oct. 30 - 1:19 pm et

Jaguars CB Rashean Mathis (finger) is officially out for Week 8.
This upgrades Vince Young's already favorable matchup. Mathis is a gambler, but still Jacksonville's best and most experienced corner. The Jags now may have to turn to injury-prone Scott Starks opposite rookie Derek Cox.
