Coming off his best season in Green Bay, Scott Wells is expected to remain the Packers' starting center in 2010.
Wells lost the starting job to Jason Spitz last August, but he excelled as a run blocker after being forced back into the lineup in Week 3. Wells and RG Josh Sitton are under contract for 2010 while Spitz and LG Daryn Colledge are restricted free agents.

Beat writer Bob McGinn suggests that the Packers may cut ties with LG Daryn Colledge this offseason.
Colledge yielded team highs in QB pressures (40.5) and sacks (7.5), and McGinn calls him "not a tough guy." The 2006 second-round pick's holding penalty in OT of Green Bay's playoff loss may cost Colledge a restricted free agent tender. If so, he'd draw interest from zone-blocking teams.

According to coach Mike McCarthy, if LG Daryn Colledge's play doesn't improve on Sunday his starting job could be in jeopardy.
"He's very well aware of his performance," said McCarthy. Colledge has let up more sacks, pressures, and "bad" runs than any lineman in the league. One option to replace Colledge would be rookie T.J. Lang, who has spot-started at tackle this season. The Packers' first priority is maintaining some continuity, however, which is why Colledge hasn't been benched already.

Packers LG Daryn Colledge left Sunday's game with an ankle injury.
He returned in the second quarter to get blown off the ball, causing a strip sack. Rookie Evan Dietrich-Smith may be a better option at this point. Colledge has struggled badly in the last year of his contract.

Packers coach Mike McCarthy called LT Daryn Colledge's right knee injury a "sprain."
Colledge left Monday night's game early, but not before giving up 3.5 sacks to Jared Allen. He was already filling in for Chad Clifton, which left third-string rookie T.J. Lang in a very unfair position. Colledge was able to walk on his own power after the game and said he lobbied to go back in, but the game was pretty much out of hand. He has the Week 5 bye to get healthy.

Packers' LT Daryn Colledge left Monday night's game with an apparent right knee injury.
Colledge and the Packers' line has been getting worked over all night. Rookie T.J. Lang came into replace him, and Jared Allen, who already has 2.5 sacks, is licking his chops.
