Steelers ILB Lawrence Timmons (ankle) returned to practice Wednesday and is not on the Week 10 injury report.
Timmons is averaging five tackles a game in his six appearances with three sacks, two forced fumbles, and four PBUs. He's an LB3 in IDP leagues.

Steelers declared ILB Lawrence Timmons, S Ryan Clark, third QB Dennis Dixon, OG Kraig Urbik, OT Tony Hills, DL Sunny Harris, WR Shaun McDonald, and DE Travis Kirschke inactive for Week 9.
Keyaron Fox starts for Timmons, with Tyrone Carter and Ryan Mundy rotating at free safety in Clark's place. Limas Sweed is active as the No. 4 wide receiver. Willie Parker will act as Rashard Mendenhall's "change of pace."

Steelers ILB Lawrence Timmons (ankle) will not play against the Broncos on Monday Night Football.
Timmons sprained his ankle against the Vikings prior to the Steelers bye and it's obviously worse than the team originally anticipated. Keyaron Fox will replace Timmons in the starting lineup.

Steelers ILB Lawrence Timmons (ankle, questionable) missed practice again on Friday.
Timmons is looking like a no-go for Monday Night Football. The explosive inside linebacker would be replaced in the starting lineup by Keyaron Fox.

Though Steelers ILB Lawrence Timmons has yet to practice this week, he's getting shots in his ankle to help accelerate the healing time.
"They took 10 ccs of my blood and they have a machine that takes the plasma out. Then they injected the plasma into my ankle," explained Timmons. The Steelers are already without starters Ryan Clark and Travis Kirschke this week. Keyaron Fox would fill in if Timmons can't go on Monday night.

Steelers ILB Lawrence Timmons (ankle) missed practice Monday and coach Mike Tomlin called him "questionable" for Monday night's game at Denver.
Timmons was forced out of the Week 7 win over Minnesota due to the right ankle injury, but later said it was "not a big deal." Timmons has an extra day to heal which should help and we're tentatively expecting him to play Monday night.
