There is a 'natural trade' that can be made between the two teams, as the Cavs can give the Wiz salary relief by trading Zydrunas Ilgauskas straight up for Jamison, who still has $28 million left on his contract. This move would hurt Jamison from a fantasy standpoint, as he would become option 2B instead of 1A, but in reality, it would be a great move for him and the Cavs, who could start Jamison instead of J.J. Hickson at power forward. The Wizards aren't in a hurry to help the Cavs, but this deal could go down at the last minute of the Feb. 18 trade deadline if they can't find a better offer.
