Brandon Gibson caught just three passes for 18 yards on Sunday.
Gibson was targeted eight times on the afternoon. The rookie out of Washington State showed a lot of promise after coming over in a trade from Philadelphia in the middle of the season. He caught 33 passes for 348 yards and one touchdown in nine games. Gibson, Donnie Avery, and Laurent Robinson have the makings of a talented trio if the Rams can find a QB.

Brandon Gibson caught five passes for 51 yards and a touchdown in the Rams' Week 16 loss to Arizona.
Gibson was targeted six times on the afternoon and made a great catch in the back of the end zone for his 21-yard touchdown in the third quarter. He is showing impressive after-catch skills and looks like a wideout the Rams can build on for the future. With Gibson, Donnie Avery, Danny Amendola, and Laurent Robinson, the Rams' receiving corps has a lot of potential for 2010.

Gibson tied Donnie Avery for the team lead with six targets, but caught two fewer passes. The Rams' wide receivers are not playable in fantasy football.

Coach Steve Spagnuolo isn't confirming anything yet, but Gibson may have caught the swine flu. Gibson is not a fantasy option this weekend anyway.

Brandon Gibson had six catches for 43 yards in Week 14.
Gibson made a few great catches and showed nice athleticism after the catch, but he's not much of a fantasy factor with Keith Null under center for the Rams. There are far better options around the league.

The injury won't keep Gibson out of Sunday's game against the Titans, but he's been rotating with Danny Amendola and should be benched in fantasy.
