Bills rookie FS Jairus Byrd leads the league in interceptions with nine.
Byrd, a cornerback at Oregon, has led an impressive season for the Bills' ballhawking secondary. It's even more impressive considering he missed most of training camp due to sports hernia surgery and was dealing with a sore groin for more than a month. He'll be a strong candidate for Defensive Rookie of the Year, along with Brian Cushing and Brian Orakpo. Source: Buffalo News
