 Tayshaun Prince-F- PistonsFeb. 9 - 1:47 pm et
Tayshaun Prince, who will become a free agent after the 2010-11 season, reiterated that he wants to stay with the Pistons.
If the Pistons are going to shake things up by moving Ben Gordon, teams will also likely be asking for Prince's contract. We expect the Pistons to be players as the trade deadline nears. On the court, Prince's latest return from knee injuries has not gone smoothly. He's shooting 36.0 percent and averaging just 9.5 points a game in eight contests.

 Rodney Stuckey-G - Pistons Jan. 30 - 12:10 am et

Rodney Stuckey, who finished with four points on 1-of-6 shooting with three rebounds and two assists on Friday, was one of many Pistons who disappointed as they came one-point shy of tying a franchise record for least amount of points scored in a game (64).
No one player completely bombed, but the collection of their efforts was obviously bad. Richard Hamilton had eight points on 4-of-14 shooting with four rebounds and five assists, Tayshaun Prince had his customary 10 points and four rebounds, and Charlie Villanueva had 15 points and four rebounds.
 Tayshaun Prince-F - Pistons Jan. 29 - 9:48 am et

Tayshaun Prince has admitted that he is still far from playing at the level he was accustomed to prior to his ruptured disk and knee injuries.
"It is difficult for me to enjoy the game because I know I can't help the team like I want," Prince said. Prince has been averaging a dismal 7.6 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 2.0 assists since returning Dec. 27th.

 Tayshaun Prince-F - Pistons Jan. 23 - 11:08 pm et

Tayshaun Prince had six points and three rebounds in 33 minutes on Saturday, one night after vehemently arguing with coach John Kuester.
That incident seems to have blown over without any repercussions, but we don't expect Prince to significantly improve his mediocre season averages -- 8.7 points (40% FGs, 58% FTs), 4.0 rebounds, 2.3 assists.

Pistons coach John Kuester said his argument with Tayshaun Prince during Friday's game is already water under the bridge.
"It was nothing that was out of the ordinary," Kuester said. "He expressed a couple thoughts and I expressed a couple thoughts. That was it." Prince is still regaining his conditioning after missing six games with a knee injury, and admitted that his minutes will be monitored as he continues to recover. Use him with caution.

 Tayshaun Prince-F - Pistons Jan. 22 - 11:54 pm et

Tayshaun Prince returned from his knee injury on Friday but hit just 3-of-12 shots for seven points in a loss to the Pacers.
In an effort to keep things interesting in a fantasy black hole, Prince went after coach John Kuester late in the game after the starters were pulled, and had to be restrained. Our guess is that it's not a lot of fun to play for the Pistons right now, and Joe Dumars could be Prince's next target. We'll have to wait and see if the team disciplines him or not.
