David Toms starts the week in 19th place in the FedExCup Finals at THE TOUR Championship.
It's been quite a bounce back year for Toms with seven top-10 finishes, including three runner-up finishes. He has played the East Lake course in THE TOUR Championship five times, with two top-10s results, including a third place in 2002.

David Toms posted a final round of 5-under-par 65 and finished in a tie for second place at the Travelers Championship.
Toms was only 1-under-par on the opening nine, but after a sinking 25-foot birdie-putt at the 11th hole he emerged into second place and only three strokes in back of Kenny Perry. He put a nice run together of three birdies in four holes, starting at the 13th hole, but Perry would never let him get closer than two-strokes. Today's result is the second T-2 for Toms in his last three starts on the Tour and he now has a total of seven top-10 finishes on the season.

David Toms posted a second round of 5-under-par 65 and is a shot off the lead going into Saturday afternoon's third round.
Toms hadn't finished his second round when play was suspended on Friday and picked up birdies at the 5th and 9th holes, when play resumes early Saturday, to get within a shot of the lead. The cutline will be at 3-under-par and the entire field is within eight shots of the lead going into the third round

David Toms carded a final round of 5-under-par 65 and finished in a tie for second place at the St. Jude Classic.
Toms posted three birdies on the opening nine, but he was all pars on the back nine until he sank an 11-foot eagle-putt at the par-5 16th hole. The T-2 is the seventh career Top 10 finish for Toms at the St. Jude and now he has two career second place finishes to go with the two championships that he won in 2003 and 3004.

David Toms withdrew on Monday from the Northern Trust Open.
Toms had been playing some great golf this season, with a T-2 at the Sony Open and a T-4 at the FBR Open, however he did miss the cut at last week's AT&T Pebble Beach.

David Toms posted a final round of 4-under-par 66 and finished in a tie for second place at the Sony Open.
Toms found himself in a 4-way tie for the lead at the turn. He opened the back nine with a birdie to keep pace with Zach Johnson, but on the next hole Johnson was able to grab the lead for good when he was able to convert his birdie. Toms was a stroke behind at the the final hole and a poor tee shot follow with a poor recover sank any chance of catching Johnson. Still, the T-2 finish was his best since the 2006 Ford Championship at Doral. Toms is currently scheduled to play next week in the 50th Bob Hope Classic.
