Michael Bradley followed an opening 70 with a 3-under-par 67 in the second round of the Crowne Plaza Invitational at Colonial, and will make his first cut since winning the Puerto Rico Open.
He didn't make it easy on himself, hitting just 13 (of 28) fairways and 20 GIR, but he managed five birdies each day, more than enough to offset the strokes he gave back. This ends a string of five events without a paycheck for the veteran.

Michael Bradley posted a 2-over-par 72 in the opening round of the HP Byron Nelson Championship.
How many times have you hit just two (of 14) fairways and nine GIR and still shot 72? Those were Bradley's numbers today, one week after withdrawing before his tee time at the Texas Open. In four starts since his Puerto Rico victory, he's missed three cuts, posted one official WD and with today's score, has broken 75 just thrice in eight rounds.

Michael Bradley is listed in the published field of next week's HP Byron Nelson Championship.
Due to a back injury, Bradley was the penultimate withdrawal at the Texas Open. In March, he pulled out of the Transitions with a hip problem, so it's a blessing in more ways than one that he won Puerto Rico. If he's a go for the Nelson, he'll be chasing his first Top 25 at the event in eight appearances.

Michael Bradley withdrew on Thursday morning from the Valero Texas Open, citing a back injury.
Bradley won in his first event of the season at the Puerto Rico Open and since then he has had a withdrawal and three missed cuts. He is unusable for fantasy purposes at this point.

Michael Bradley signed for a 5-over-par 76 after his opening round of the Verizon Heritage.
Bradley has had an interesting go of it since breaking through in Puerto Rico. After withdrawing early from the Transitions (hip), he pulled out of Houston after 18 holes (no explanation). Today, he was lucky to post a 76 after hitting just 10 GIR and taking 31 putts. Fantasy owners almost need to "mis-remember" that he won a PGA Tour event one month ago.

Michael Bradley withdrew on Saturday from the Shell Houston Open.
Bradley had played only his first round and was 6-over-par at the time of his withdrawal. Tour Officials didn't have an immediate reason for his withdrawal.
