Indians prospect Adam Miller (finger) had another setback that required another surgery on his right middle finger.
A real shame. Miller missed the entire 2009 season following career-threatening finger surgery, but this could really close the book on his professional career. The 25-year-old right-hander was the Indians 2003 first-round pick, but hasn't pitched in more than six games since 2007. No timetable has been set for his return to baseball activities.

Adam Miller underwent surgery on right middle finger Tuesday, as expected.
