 Jeff Suppan-S - Brewers Oct. 1 - 12:19 am et

Jeff Suppan was pounded for eight runs over six innings in a 10-6 loss to the Rockies on Wednesday night.
Suppan was crushed for 10 hits -- including a pair of homers -- while walking one and striking out two. He has allowed 17 runs over his last two starts. Suppan finishes the season with at 7-12 with a 5.30 ERA over 29 starts. Good thing the Brewers are on the hook for $12.5 million next season. Who needs that Prince Fielder guy anyway?
 Jeff Suppan-S - Brewers Sep. 24 - 11:37 pm et

Jeff Suppan was hammered by the Phillies for eight runs -- seven earned -- on 12 hits over 4 1/3 innings on Thursday night.
He held his own through the first four frames, but was knocked out in the sixth after surrendering five straight hits, the last of which was a three-run homer by Jimmy Rollins. Suppan had actually been pitching quite well since returning from the disabled list in late August, with a 3.09 ERA in six starts, but had nothing tonight.
 Jeff Suppan-S - Brewers Sep. 19 - 10:25 pm et

Jeff Suppan held the Astros to two earned runs over seven innings Saturday as the Brewers nabbed a 7-2 win.
Suppan struck out seven Houston batters without issuing a single walk. A dominating finish won't make up for his disappointing season, but it's at least nice to see that he might have something left in the tank. He'll take a 4.76 ERA and 1.65 WHIP into his next scheduled outing against the Phillies.
 Jeff Suppan-S - Brewers Sep. 5 - 12:51 am et

Jeff Suppan allowed two unearned runs over 5 1/3 innings against the Giants on Friday night, suffering a no-decision in an eventual 3-2 loss.
He actually had a no-hitter going until a Travis Ishikawa single dropped in front of center fielder Mike Cameron in the fifth inning, but Suppan wasn't exactly spotless before that, walking two and hitting a batting over the first two innings. Cameron came back to bite him again in the sixth inning, dropping what would have been the third out to score the first of two runs, effectively ending Suppan's night. Suppan has a 2.81 ERA over three starts since returning from the disabled list in August, but a 5/12 K/BB ratio in 16 innings is enough to tell you that nothing has changed.
 Jeff Suppan-S - Brewers Aug. 25 - 2:49 pm et

Brewers activated RHP Jeff Suppan from the 15-day disabled list.
As expected, he will return for a start against the Reds on Tuesday night. Suppan has been sidelined since July 30 with a left oblique strain. He was 5-8 with a 5.27 ERA and 1.70 WHIP in 21 starts this season. Suppan had an 11.57 ERA over two rehab appearances, just in case you needed any more reason to stay far away in fantasy leagues.
