Alfonso Soriano said Sunday that he hopes to have arthroscopic knee surgery early this week.
It's supposed to be a relatively minor procedure, one that Soriano might recover from within a month. "I'm going to stay with the team and rehab the knee," he said. "I'm going to stay with the team trainers, and work on getting the knee strong. Then, I'll go to the Dominican Republic after the season ends and do a lot of leg work, [and] be ready for next season." Source: ESPN.com
