Angels non-tendered RHP Dustin Moseley.
Moseley, who landed on the DL after three April starts, could ill afford the lost season due to elbow and hip problems. He'll probably only be considered on minor league deals this winter.

The Angels revealed to the media Monday that reliever Dustin Moseley underwent hip surgery about a month ago.
Moseley won't return this season. He was placed on the 15-day disabled list back in mid-April with elbow tightness and developed several other injuries during his attempted rehab. Winter ball is out of the cards too. The right-hander will aim to be at full strength by spring training 2010.

Dustin Moseley, working his way back from an elbow injury, underwent an MRI that revealed inflammation in his left hip.
It's been one thing after another for Moseley, who initially wasn't expected to miss that much time when he was sidelined in April. Now it's questionable whether or not he'll be back by the end of July.

Dustin Moseley is hoping to return to the Angels by the end of July.
If the Halos decide to slot him into the bullpen, he could be back even sooner. Moseley is currently rehabbing from right elbow tightness at the Angels' spring training facility in Tempe, Arizona. He's begun playing catch from 90 feet and has reported no pain, soreness or discomfort. "I want to say by the end of July I'll be ready to go," Moseley said. "Depending on what they want me to do, I could be back earlier."

Angels transfered RHP Dustin Moseley to the 60-day disabled list.
Moseley was placed on the 15-day disabled list in mid-April with elbow tightness. He was later diagnosed with a strained forearm, but is still unable to throw a baseball. He shouldn't be counted on this year.

Angels pitcher Dustin Mosely, officially sidelined with a strained forearm, still hasn't been able to figure out the source of the pain that has kept him sidelined.
Moseley says he's had his elbow and side checked and his neck X-rayed while a number of other possibilities involving nerve and circulation problems have also been explored. "I've had everything done," he said. He's scheduled to head down to team facilities in Arizona for more meetings with specialists.
