Jon Heyman of SI.com writes that the Orioles are considering Joe Crede to play third base.
Crede, 31, batted .225/.289/.414 with 15 home runs and 48 RBI in 90 games with the Twins this season. He recently underwent his third back procedure since 2007, and hasn't played a full season since 2006 with the White Sox. Crede insists that he will be ready for the start of spring training, but he probably won't do much better than an incentive-laden deal. Source: SI.com
