Royals reassigned RHP Brandon Duckworth, RHP Roman Colon and LHP Tim Hamulack to Triple-A Omaha; optioned OF Mitch Maier to Triple-A Omaha.
Jamey Wright, Doug Waechter and Robinson Tejeda claimed the final three spots in the pen, though only Wright had a better spring than the above group. Incredibly, Tejeda had a 27/17 K/BB ratio to go along with his 6.23 ERA in 17 1/3 innings. |
