Hunter Pence asked for $4.1 million and was offered $3.1 million from the Astros when arbitration figures were exchanged Tuesday.
Pence, who turns 27 in April, posted a .818 OPS last season while smacking 25 home runs, 26 doubles, 14 stolen bases and 72 RBI. He has flirted with brilliance in the past, especially during his rookie campaign, but it's safe to say he has not yet reached his full potential. Source: AOL Fanhouse
