Craig Hansen, on the disabled list since April with a nerve issue, has been diagnosed with Personage-Turner Syndrome.
The nerve ailment has deteriorated and shut down muscles in Hansen's upper back, shoulder and upper arm. The only prescription he's been given is rest. There isn't a word right now," said the right-hander. "I just come back every month for a retesting to see where the nerve is and, basically, we go from there." A return to the bullpen this season appears doubtful.
