Ryan Roberts went 4-for-5 with an RBI and two runs scored in a 7-5 win over Houston today.
He doubled once and added three singles in the contest. Roberts is now batting .291, and combined with his solid walk rate and gap power he's been an asset since taking over for Felipe Lopez. The Diamondbacks have no other internal options for second base next season, and if he continues playing reasonably well he'll likely enter 2010 as the starter. |
