Henn spent time with both the Orioles and Twins this season, allowing 12 runs in 14 1/3 innings overall. He throws hard, but poor command makes the 28-year-old unlikely to be useful as more than a left-handed specialist.

Orioles purchased the contract of LHP Sean Henn from Triple-A Norfolk.
The O's acquired Henn from the Twins last night. Henn has yet to be even mediocre in the majors, posting a 7.50 ERA and 1.96 WHIP over 52 games in his career, including a 7.15 ERA in 14 appearances with the Twins this season. The 28-year-old had a 2.33 ERA in 28 appearances with Rochester this season. He could eventually settle in as a middle reliever or situational left-hander. Henn held left-handed hitters to a .164 batting average at the Triple-A level this year.

Twins sent LHP Sean Henn outright to Triple-A Rochester.
The Twins promoted Henn on May 19 and he proceeded to put up a 7.15 ERA in 14 games. He needs to work on his control.

Twins recalled LHP Sean Henn from Triple-A Rochester.
Henn had a 1.13 ERA and 32/10 K/BB ratio in 24 innings out of the Rochester bullpen. He'll work in middle relief for the Twins and could stick around for a while with a strong showing.
