Alexei Ramirez went 3-for-4 with a run scored as the No. 9 hitter for the White Sox in Tuesday's win.
No RBI again. Ramirez has hit .311 with RISP this year, but he's driven in a modest 65 runs in 133 games. All of the time spent at the bottom of the order has taken a heavy toll on his fantasy value. Alexei Ramirez was 2-for-5 with a go-ahead solo homer in an extra-inning win over the Athletics on Friday night.
It was a back-and-forth affair, with the White Sox grabbing a 6-0 advantage through two innings, then Athletics jumping ahead 7-6 after five and the White Sox tying it in the sixth. It remained tied until Ramirez's solo blast in the 10th. Ramirez has hits in all five games this week, including three long balls.

Alexei Ramirez belted a three-run homer in the ninth inning off Mariners closer David Aardsma to propel the White Sox to a 3-1 victory on Tuesday.
The White Sox offense had been been derailed for the duration of the game by rookie starter Doug Fister and a pair of Seattle relievers. Chicago entered the ninth trailing 1-0. The Mariners summoned the generally-reliable Aardsma to close the game, but he walked A.J. Pierzynski and allowed a single to Carlos Quentin before Ramirez's blast abruptly changed the tides. Bobby Jenks earned his 23rd save with a scoreless ninth inning.

Alexei Ramirez went 3-for-4 with a homer and two RBI but the White Sox still fell to the Indians 8-4 on Sunday.
The White Sox five through eight hitters had nine of the club's 10 hits and it's only walk, so the top of the order gets most of the blame today. Ramirez, who was hitting seventh, singled twice in addition to his homer. Ramirez had been 0-for-6 in two games since missing a week with an ankle sprain, but he looks just fine now. Get him active again.
