Anything less than three wins this season would be a disappointment for Dale Earnhardt Jr., the Hendrick Motorsports driver said Friday at Daytona International Speedway.
"Our goal is to win as many races as we can, win a championship, challenge for the championship," Earnhardt Jr. said during the preseason Fan Fest. "I’d like to win – I think anything less than three races this year, I’d be a little bit disappointed." Earnhardt Jr. hasn’t been that great at many tracks over the last 18 months – he was 25th in points in 2009, a year where he went through a tough breakup with cousin and crew chief Tony Eury Jr., who has since become a co-owner of JR Motorsports, Earnhardt Jr.’s Nationwide Series organization. -SceneDaily.com
