Clippers guard Eric Gordon is doubtful to play in Monday's game because of a strained groin.
If Gordon can't play, ClipsNation.com speculates that Al Thornton might start at SF, moving Rasual Butler to SG. The Clippers could also start Sebastian Telfair at PG (allowing a quicker defender against Chris Paul) and move Baron Davis to SG. Nothing is certain, but this would be a tough break for Gordon's owners -- let's just hope it doesn't linger.

Marcus Camby appears likely come off the bench Friday night against the Warriors.
It looks like Chris Kaman will be the only big getting significant minutes, as Al Thornton will get the start at PF. Expect Sebastian Telfair, Eric Gordon, Baron Davis, and Rasual Butler all to get heavy minutes Friday as the Clips go with a smaller, quicker lineup.

Baron Davis (bruised foot) didn't practice on Sunday or Monday and is questionable for Tuesday's season opener vs. the Lakers.
The Clippers play four times this week, so it's tempting for Baron's owners to roll the dice. If he can't suit up, Sebastian Telfair will likely take over starting PG duties.

Point guard Sebastian Telfair posted 15 points with seven assists in the Clippers' 108-96 exhibition win over Maccabi Tel Aviv on Tuesday. Telfair had been limited with a sore right hamstring in the preseason.
Telfair played 24 minutes and showed no signs of fatigue. Needless to say his return certainly is good news for the Clippers.

Sebastian Telfair (hamstring) described himself as 90-95% healthy and is questionable for Tuesday's exhibition.
Telfair would probably be active if this were the regular season. If he is able to go on Tuesday, the Clippers will likely rest either Al Thornton (already doubtful with an arm injury) or starting PG Baron Davis.

Marcus Camby (ankle), Al Thornton (right arm), and Sebastian Telfair (hamstring) did not play against the Lakers on Sunday.
There isn't a whole lot out there about Camby's injury, and it wouldn't be surprising to see him held out the remainder of the preseason. Thornton's injury sounds a bit more concerning, with coach Mike Dunleavy stating his arm got punched in Saturday's game against the Jazz and that "the feeling came back but the strength wasn't there."
