Jameer Nelson had two rebounds and 10 assists in Monday's comeback victory, but scored just four points on 2-of-8 shooting in 25 minutes.
It's been a rough year for Nelson, who hasn't found his groove after knee surgery last season. The 10 assists tied his season-high, but we're concerned by the fact that (once again) he split playing time with backup Jason Williams (nine points, four rebounds, three assists in 23 minutes).

 Jameer Nelson-G - Magic Feb. 5 - 10:16 pm et

Jameer Nelson returned from a knee injury on Friday and hit 4-of-13 shots and two 3-pointers for 12 points and five assists in the loss.
Nelson has had a disappointing season and his left knee could bother him the rest of the way. He looked very good physically tonight, but his numbers are still less than spectacular. Maybe he'll be better after the All-Star break.

Jameer Nelson (knee) is not under any medical restrictions in terms of minutes or games played.
Perhaps Nelson should be on some limits. The Magic play five games in the next seven days and we have serious concerns if his knee can handle that. Again, we're considering Jameer a "sell high" guy as soon as he has a good game.

Jameer Nelson (knee) will be in the starting lineup for the Orlando Magic Friday when they face the Washington Wizards.
Coach Stan Van Gundy confirmed that he will start after the team's shootaround. "I’m feeling pretty good, so I’m going to go tonight and play," Nelson said. Hopefully the game off will give his knee the break that it needs to get him through to the All-Star break. If you need him, go ahead and play him.

 Jameer Nelson-G - Magic Feb. 4 - 5:07 pm et

Jameer Nelson (left knee) and Mickael Pietrus (right ankle) put in full practices Thursday and appear ready to play against the Wizards on Friday.
Nelson ends up just missing one full game with this latest knee problem, but it remains a major concern. We're still advising you shop him as soon as he has a good game. Pietrus has fallen off the fantasy radar even when healthy as he averaged 7.5 points and 3.2 boards while playing just 19 minutes a game in January.

Jameer Nelson (knee) will not play against the Bucks on Tuesday.
No surprise here. The Magic are going to be very careful with Nelson's knee, which has already left him gimpy and playing at least a couple notches below where he was last season. Jason Williams gets the start.
