 Travis Outlaw-F- Trail BlazersNov. 15 - 1:20 am et
Travis Outlaw is expected to miss six-to-eight weeks with a stress fracture in his left foot, meaning he won't return until mid-January.
This is a tough loss for the Blazers, who have won six straight games and seemed to have finally settled into a set rotation. Rudy Fernandez got the bulk of his minutes on Saturday, but will likely compete with Martell Webster to fill the sixth-man void.

 Martell Webster-G/F - Trail Blazers Nov. 14 - 9:50 pm et

Martell Webster was scoreless in 11 minutes on Saturday, despite the Blazers' loss of Travis Outlaw (fractured foot) in the first quarter.
Juwan Howard played 12 minutes and Rudy Fernandez stepped up with 10 points and seven rebounds in 26 minutes. We're not discounting Webster's value while Outlaw is sidelined, but this is a disappointing start.
 Travis Outlaw-F - Trail Blazers Nov. 14 - 8:32 pm et

Trail Blazers forward Travis Outlaw has a stress fracture in the fifth metatarsal in his left foot, suffered in the first quarter of Saturday's game.
Outlaw is out indefinitely, though it's worth noting that this is the same injury, on the same foot, that shut down teammate Webster last season. Ironically, Webster is the player who should pick up most of Outlaw's minutes, along with Rudy Fernandez.

 Travis Outlaw-F - Trail Blazers Nov. 13 - 11:09 pm et

Blazers reserves Travis Outlaw, Martell Webster and Rudy Fernandez combined for 10 points on 4-of-15 shooting on Friday.
In fairness, Outlaw was 3-of-11 whereas Fernandez attempted just one shot, but none of these three guys cracked 20 minutes. Outlaw has the most potential, but even he should be shelved until he gets it going.
 Rudy Fernandez-G - Trail Blazers Nov. 12 - 12:44 am et

Rudy Fernandez hit 5-of-7 shots and four 3-pointers for 15 points, five rebounds, four assists and three steals in Wednesday's blowout win over the Timberwolves.
While you'll be tempted to grab him after this one, the fact it was a blowout against the Wolves explains why he got so many opportunities. Martell Webster had 16 off the bench, but neither player is reliable enough to use in most leagues right now.
 Travis Outlaw-F - Trail Blazers Nov. 10 - 10:55 pm et

Blazers reserve forward Travis Outlaw struggled on Tuesday with just four points on 1-of-9 shooting.
All three of the Blazers' backup swingmen had quiet nights -- Rudy Fernandez scored seven points in 19 minutes, and Martell Webster scored nine points on 1-of-6 FGs (6-of-6 FTs). It's tough to start any of these guys with confidence right now.
