Danny Granger will not participate in the Pacers' practices for the next few weeks, in an attempt to rest his injured right heel.
Granger is still ready to play in games, however, and this is probably good news for his fantasy owners -- hopefully he'll be healthy and rested before too long.

Tyler Hansbrough played a season-high 21 minutes and had a career-high 14 points, five boards, three assists and a block on 5-of-10 shooting in Wednesday's loss.
He's still not getting enough minutes as he recovers from his injury, but they will come. Just keep him on your bench for now. Danny Granger scored 30 first-half points, but finished with 33 before fouling out as the Pacers crumbled in the fourth quarter to fall to the Knicks.

The Pacers rode Danny Granger's hot shooting to a win over the visiting Celtics on Saturday -- Granger scored 29 points on 8-of-16 FGs, 6-of-9 three-pointers, and 7-of-7 FTs.
What heel injury? Indiana's resident fantasy stud added six rebounds, four assists, three steals and one block, reminding all of his fantasy owners why they took him in the first-round.

Danny Granger, playing power forward in place of injured Troy Murphy, broke out of a shooting slump Wednesday to hit 12-of-24 shots and two 3-pointers on his way to 31 points, a career-high 16 rebounds, three assists, a steal and two blocks against the Warriors.
Granger simply destroys the Warriors every time out. His heel is bothering him and he has struggled with his shot recently, but this might be just the slump buster the doctor ordered.

Danny Granger is struggling with his shot while dealing with a heel injury that really bothers him after games.
Granger has hit just 14-of-39 shots in his past two games. "It might be an issue of the way I'm shooting. It might be the choice of shots I'm taking," Granger said. "I think I'm trying to figure it out." As for the heel, he continues to play through it. "After games, it's really, really sore and really annoying," Granger said.

Pacer forward Danny Granger posted a tweet about his heel injury on Twitter Monday, saying that he was in pain.
"Im fully convinced that every pro athelete is injured in some kind of way lol... Feels like somebody beat my heel with a hammer!!!" The good news is that he threw an "lol" in there, and that the Pacers are off until Wednesday. But it's obvious from this post that he's playing in pain.
