Jose Calderon paced the Raptors to a win over the Clippers on Friday, finishing with 18 points (8-of-14 FGs, 1-of-5 threes), three rebounds, nine assists and one block.
Calderon still doesn't have a double-double this season, but he's starting to find a groove alongside Hedo Turkoglu, which is a huge relief for his owners. He left this game briefly after getting cut above his eye, but it didn't seem to bother him during a stellar second-half performance.

Jose Calderon hit 8-of-10 shots for 18 points, six assists and a 3-pointer in Wednesday's win over the Bulls.
He's now played well in four straight games, scoring between 13 and 18 points and handing out between six and nine assists in each of them. He's still not Steve Nash or Chris Paul, but is at least doing enough to offer solid help to fantasy teams now.

Finally. Maybe this one will get Calderon going, as he's been highly disappointing up to this point. You have to start somewhere, and owners have to be thrilled to finally see a sign of life out of their second- or third-round draft pick.

Jose Calderon had just nine points, two rebounds and one assist on 4-of-11 shooting in 32 minutes Wednesday.
Things are looking rock-bottom for Calderon, who just doesn't seem to be a fit for the offensive schemes Jay Triano is running. The Raptors became the first team to score 100 points against the Pistons this season, yet Calderon was basically a bystander. Maybe he will get it going at some point, but for now, you have to think twice before even starting him every night.

Jose Calderon is confident that his shot will improve (currently 39% from the field), and so are the Raptors.
According to beat writer Doug Smith, "There is no movement afoot anywhere in the organization – from coaches to players to management – to make a change." Keep in mind, Kevin Durant is shooting 33% from the field at this early point in the season -- there is no reason to panic.
