Anthony Morrow started for the short-handed Warriors Tuesday and hit four 3-pointers on his way to 18 points and three rebounds on 6-of-10 shooting.
With only seven player available for the next few games, expect more of the same from Morrow this week. And with Kelenna Azubuike and Stephen Jackson out of the way, Morrow could start for the rest of the season. Get him if he's available.

Kelenna Azubuike will not play again this season, after an MRI revealed that he had a torn left patellar tendon.
Azubuike will have surgery this week, with an expected recovery time of five-to-six months. We have faith that the young swingman will come back strong for the beginning of next season -- for now, his minutes (and those of Stephen Jackson) will be absorbed by guys like Anthony Morrow and Corey Maggette.

Kelenna Azubuike will have an MRI Monday to determine the extent of his left patella tendon injury.
Azubuike met with team physicians Sunday, but they weren't able to come to any conclusions based on the meeting. If he ruptured the tendon he would likely need surgery, which would probably require 3-5 months of rehab.

One night after barely playing in New York, Stephen Curry logged 26 minutes off the Warriors bench. He had 14 points on 6-of-9 shooting, two 3-pointers, four rebounds, two assists, two steals and one block.
Curry is a definite player in the 'who will step up without Kelenna Azubuike' sweepstakes, but knowing Don Nelson the rotation will still be topsy-turvy. Stay patient, and maybe Curry will earn back a starting gig.

The severity of Kelenna Azubuike's "left patella tendon injury" isn't yet known -- we should know more once test results are announced.
The Contra Costa Times reports that Azubuike's kneecap appeared "off to the side," suggesting a dislocated kneecap (which could require about 3-5 months of rehab). If he ruptured the tendon he would likely need surgery. Check back soon for another update.

Kelenna Azubuike injured his left patella tendon on a drive to the hoop during the first quarter on Saturday. He remained on the court for several minutes before being wheeled off the court.
Azubuike was grasping his knee -- the replay didn't look good and he could be facing an extended absence. Guys like Anthony Morrow, Stephen Curry and Corey Maggette could all pick up extra playing time if Azubuike misses any games, though Morrow is the most likely beneficiary.
