Louis Amundson had four points, seven rebounds and four blocks in Friday's exhibition loss.
He could be a cheap source of blocks in very deep leagues, but he won't be consistent enough to use in most formats.

Free agent forward Channing Frye will reportedly sign a two-year deal with the Phoenix Suns.
The deal will be worth $3.8 million over two years, with the second year coming at Frye's option. The Suns are rather limited in their frontcourt at this time, and it's conceivable that he could have some fantasy value competing against Louis Amundson for playing time.

The Suns have exercised their team option to keep forward Lou Amundson in Phoenix for another season.
Amundson, who will make around $855k next season, used his relentless energy and hustle to carve out a spot in the Suns rotation, earning him the coveted "Majerle Hustle Award". His average of 12.4 rebounds per 48 minutes ranked 31st in the NBA last season.

Grant Hill scored 19 points on 7-of-8 field goals and 5-of-5 free throws on Saturday, despite playing under 23 minutes.
Hill actually led all of the Suns' starters in playing time -- Phoenix jumped out to a huge lead and game extra minutes to their younger players and reserves. Louis Amundsun had four points and seven rebounds in 29 minutes and Robin Lopez added six points and 11 rebounds in 27 minutes.
