Corey Brewer had 14 points and two 3-pointers Tuesday, but added just two assists, two steals and no rebounds in a loss to the Sixers.
Brewer has posted some huge lines this season, but has cooled off, averaging nearly 14 points, three boards, three assists, 1.5 steals and two 3-pointers per game over his last five. He's been consistent with those numbers, and they are still pretty solid, but he could be a candidate to be dropped if you have your eye on a hot free agent.

The Wolves defeated the Grizzlies on Saturday with plenty of help from Corey Brewer, who had 17 points, five rebounds, four assists, four steals and zero turnovers in 35 minutes.
Brewer was 8-of-17 from the field with one 3-pointer. This was just the second time since mid-November that he's recorded more than two steals in a game, an odd trend considering his fantasy value used to rely on an outstanding steals-per-minute ratio.

Corey Brewer has been on fire of late and Minnesota staff are quick to cite an adjustment in his shooting mechanic as a significant reason why.
"I recognized early on that he had balance issues on his shot," Wolves coach Kurt Rambis said. "He had some bad habits in how he initiated his shot, so we've spent a lot of time working with him on his balance." Brewer has been averaging 16.2 points, 1.5 3's, 3.9 rebounds, 1.1 steals, and shooting a respectable 46.5% from the floor since December 26th. He's a shooter but he's a solid play in most fantasy formats.

Corey Brewer hit 8-of-19 shots and a 3-pointer for 22 points, three rebounds, an assist and steal in Wednesday's loss.
Brewer has scored at least 13 points in five straight games and looks like a must-own fantasy player right now.

Wolves guard Corey Brewer made 9-of-10 shots vs. New York on Tuesday, hitting 4-of-5 three-pointers for 22 points while adding four rebounds and two assists.
Brewer has never been a good shooter (40% for his career) but he's worked hard on his form and it's paying obvious dividends. He made 47% of his shots in December and is a fine fantasy option while his offensive game is clicking.

Corey Brewer filled up the stat sheet again Friday night with 13 points, six rebounds, three treys, three blocks and a steal.
Brewer gets the tough categories and continues to play big minutes, making him an asset in most leagues. He has at least one 3-pointer in eight straight games and is one of the better steal men in the league.
