According to Rick Bonnell of the Charlotte Observer, D.J. Augustin has looked "shell-shocked" on the floor.
Despite Raymond Felton's less than stellar play at the point, D.J. Augustin has failed to take advantage and appears deep in the midst of a sophomore slump. With the addition of Stephen Jackson, Augustin and Felton have both seen decreases in minutes at the point.

Backup guard D.J. Augustin played just 12 minutes on Monday. He had two points, three rebounds, four assists and one steal.
It's probably time to cut bait on Augustin, as Stephen Jackson's arrival seems to have crushed his minutes, and therefore his fantasy value.

Raja Bell (sore calf) returned to action on Saturday with 11 points on 5-of-11 shooting, three rebounds, two assists, one steal and one block.
Bell has minimal fantasy value, mostly for a handful of points, three-pointers and steals, but the Bobcats rely on his defensive presence at SG. His line looks even better when you consider that backups D.J. Augustin and Flip Murray combined to shoot 2-of-13 from the field.

Flip Murray started in place of injured Raja Bell (calf) and hit 4-of-13 shots for 11 points and two 3-pointers in an embarrassing loss to the Pistons.
Murray shouldn't offer much value this season, but D.J. Augustin has been surprisingly quiet despite the absence of Bell. He played just 16 minutes and scored three points to go along with four fouls.

D.J. Augustin played just 11 minutes Saturday, finishing 0-of-2 from the floor and without a point.
Augustin is a fun player to own when he's getting minutes, but it wasn't in the cards tonight. Keep him on your bench as long as the Bobcats are healthy, but also keep in mind he's playing with a sprained ankle right now.
