Michael Beasley got hot early in Atlanta on Wednesday, finishing with 21 points and nine rebounds on 8-of-15 shooting.
He was awful on Tuesday, so this line should make his owners feel a little better. Let's see if he can keep it going.

Udonis Haslem will not play on Wednesday due to a strained left shoulder.
The good news is that the absence sounds precautionary. "I would definitely play," Haslem said. "But just talking to the trainers, it's probably not the right time to do something like that. I definitely would like to play. I would want to play, but you've got to be smart. You don't want it to be an issue longer that it needs to be." Look for Michael Beasley and Jermaine O'Neal to log even heavier minutes than normal against the Hawks.

Michael Beasley hit just 3-of-9 shots for eight points, and failed to grab a rebound or hand out an assist in 23 minutes on Tuesday.
Beasley will be expendable to his frustrated owners after this one, but we still think he'll bounce back to have a solid second half.

Udonis Haslem, who scored 28 points on Saturday, is going to stay with the second unit according to coach Erik Spoelstra.
This is good news for Michael Beasley, if for anything in the confidence department. The move to the second unit has proven to be a boon for Haslem, as he's getting more touches against other teams' second units, and doing the most he can with it.

Michael Beasley shot just 3-of-17 from the field on Saturday, scoring seven points.
Ouch. He added eight rebounds, three assists, two steals and one block, and we're chalking this up as a random off-night. One thing he doesn't lack is confidence, so we don't think this dud will have any lingering effect.
