Suns coach Alvin Gentry said he is happy with Channing Frye coming off the bench and Robin Lopez starting.
"It's really helped in both areas because Channing is really playing the same amount and Robin jump-starts us in games he's started with follow shots, blocked shots and layups," Gentry said. Frye's minutes are down from 31 to 23 as a reserve, but his 3-pointers made are only slight down from 2.4 to 2.1. Both players remain fantasy assets.

Robin Lopez played just 17 minutes in Wednesday's win at Denver, finishing with 11 points, seven boards and no blocks.
Not a great night for Lopez, but with trade rumors still swirling around Amare Stoudemire, he's probably worth hanging onto in case Amare gets moved.

The Suns are looking for Robin Lopez more in the post, where he is spending extra practice time developing moves.
"We've got to try to start attacking some with post-ups with [Lopez] and Amare [Stoudemire] both" said ,coach Alvin Gentry. Teams will start to focus on Lopez's limited moves, so it's nice to see him trying to expand his arsenal.

Suns center Robin Lopez played 25 minutes on Monday, notching 18 points on 8-of-11 shooting, six rebounds and two blocks.
Lopez defends well, rebounds well, and makes a high percentage of his shots. Add 25-30 minutes per game, and you have the ingredients for an adequate fantasy center.

Robin Lopez bounced back from a poor performance Thursday to score 14 points on 6-of-8 shooting with six rebounds, no assists, and three blocks in 27 minutes on Sunday.
He's been hit or miss since he came onto the scene midway through the month, which is to be expected of a second-year player with little real experience. His main competition for minutes, Channing Frye, scored seven points with five rebounds in 20 minutes.

Robin Lopez had a quiet night on Thursday, scoring just four points on 2-of-5 shooting with six rebounds and no steals, assists, or blocks in 21 minutes of run.
After a promising entrance into the fantasy landscape, Lopez has leveled off into fantasy mediocrity, but that doesn't mean owners should give up on him just yet. His competition for minutes, Channing Frye, had just seven points and six rebounds in 26 minutes, and overall Lopez still has a lot of improving to do.
