Thunder rookie James Harden made his summer league debut on Monday, scoring 17 points on 6-of-9 shooting in 21 minutes off the bench.
Harden added two 3-pointers, four rebounds, one steal, one block and three turnovers. Summer league results are frequently misleading, but this was a relatively assured debut from the No. 3 overall pick. Russell Westbrook led OKC with 22 points and nine assists, D.J. White had 13 points and nine rebounds, and rookie B.J. Mullens chipped in 11 points off the bench.
