Hamed Haddadi had 11 points and nine rebounds in Tuesday's exhibition game, both NBA career highs.
Yeah, preseason doesn't count, but it does show he's making strides. However, with both Marc Gasol and Hasheem Thabeet in the rotation, it's hard to imagine Haddadi making much of an impact this season.

Grizzlies center Hamed Haddadi suffered a sprained left ankle in Wednesday's practice.
The injury looked fairly serious and he needed to be helped off the court, but he's sprained the same ankle before and come back quickly. It probably doesn't really matter, as Marc Gasol and rookie Hasheem Thabeet will likely get most of the minutes at center anyway.

3 Shades of Blue reports that Marc Gasol is the "clear cut favorite to start" at center for the Grizzlies.
Gasol "looks to have lost weight" playing with Spain this summer, which ideally would "help his mobility, speed and endurance." Fellow centers Hamed Haddadi and Hasheem Thabeet are both very raw, but they will each earn minutes and their offensive ineptitude might be less glaring with Zach Randolph at power forward.

Iranian center Hamed Haddadi is currently leading the Asia Cup in both rebounds and blocked shots.
Haddadi, who was signed by the Grizzlies last season, also led the Olympics in rebounds and blocked shots. He is strong and obviously has a knack for doing the dirty work, but lacks mobility and doesn't play nearly enough in Memphis to help fantasy owners.

Grizzlies center Hamed Haddadi played under 10 minutes on Monday, but recorded career-highs with 10 points and eight rebounds.
Haddadi also blocked a shot and anchored the Grizzlies defense during a crucial stretch in the fourth quarter. His playing time is too limited to interest fantasy owners, but he's worth keeping an eye on next season.
