Hornets rookie Darren Collison had yet another huge game on Monday, posting 27 points (12-of-22 FGs), three rebounds, nine assists, four steals and four turnovers in 47 minutes.
The Hornets took some heat this summer for drafting "another" speedy 6'0" point guard, but nobody is questioning the decision these days. Hopefully you were able to grab Collison went CP3 went down -- he's putting up elite PG numbers and should do so until Paul gets back.

Darren Collison had another excellent game on Saturday, leading the Hornets to a road win in Charlotte --he had 24 points (9-of-17 FGs, 5-of-5 FTs), five rebounds, four assists and one steal.
CP3 is expected to miss another month or more, during which time Collison looks like a must-start fantasy PG. He logged 42 minutes tonight and should play 35+ even when backup-by-necessity Marcus Thornton (back) returns.

Darren Collison hit 7-of-14 shots and three 3-pointers on his way to 17 points and four assists in 40 minutes of Friday's loss.
More assists would have been nice, but it's tough to complain about the threes and 17 points off your waiver wire. Keep riding him until further notice.
 Jason Hart-G - Hornets Feb. 5 - 12:22 pm et  

The New Orleans Hornets have signed point guard Jason Hart to a 10-day contract.
With both Chris Paul (knee) and Marcus Thornton (back) facing injuries, the Hornets need someone who can provide depth at point. Hart will give Darren Collison a breather but can't be relied upon to put up big numbers in the Hornets rotation.

Chris Paul underwent successful surgery on his left knee Thursday and is expected to miss 4-6 weeks.
These initial timetables are often incorrect, but 4-6 weeks seems very reasonable. If CP3 missed the entire six weeks from today, he'll return for about the final 12 games of the season. Do not cut him under any circumstance. Darren Collison will continue to be a must-start fantasy play as long as Paul is out.

Darren Collison hit just 4-of-12 shots but was able to finish Wednesday's loss with nine points, nine assists, a 3-pointer and five turnovers.
Collison was dominated by Russell Westbrook, but still had a decent line for someone you just picked up off the wire. Chris Paul will be out for about a month, so make sure Collison's not still available in your league.
