It was reported on Sunday that forward Ryan Bowen won the Thunder's last roster spot.
Bowen beat out Mike Harris, Tre Kelley, and Michael Ruffin. Unless your league scores points for hustling in practice, he has no fantasy value.

He's simply hoping to make the team, and could provide a little veteran leadership if it happens.

Michael Ruffin was traded twice on Wednesday, finally landing in Portland in exchange for Ike Diogu, who was sent to the Kings.
Ruffin still hasn't played this season and has no fantasy value, but the key here is that the Blazers picked up another trade exception. And we're pretty sure they turned the last one into Rudy Fernandez.

In addition to dealing Brad Miller and John Salmons to Chicago, the Kings also traded Michael Ruffin -- received in the trade with the Bulls -- to the Blazers in exchange for Ike Diogu and approximately $1 million.
Diogu is still just 25 and has some fantasy potential, but he's unlikely to get much of an opportunity with the likes of Spencer Hawes, Jason Thompson and Drew Gooden all in Sacramento. Ruffin's contract expires after this season and he shouldn't have any fantasy value in Portland.
