Pau Gasol was dominant in Monday's victory (without Kobe Bryant) over the Spurs, racking up 21 points, 19 rebounds (eight offensive), eight assists, one steal and five blocks.
Gasol set a season-high in assists and flirted with a few more. The Lakers force-fed him in the post, resulting in his second-most FG attempts of the season. He finished 8-of-20 from the field.

Pau Gasol, who had 13 points and eight rebounds, said he was playing with heavy legs on Saturday as the Lakers played their fifth game in seven days in a win over the Blazers.
The Lakers will get Super Bowl Sunday off in order to rest, when Gasol says he's going to "Chill...get my mind completely off basketball and get off my feet." With the Lakers getting the day off, don't expect any new updates on the status of Kobe Bryant and Andrew Bynum anytime soon, but Gasol should be good to go for the two remaining games before the All-Star break.

Pau Gasol was reportedly named to the All-Star team despite missing 17 of the Lakers' 46 games so far due to injury.
Other candidates were Chris Kaman and Chauncey Billups, but we don't hate the Gasol pick. He's been a monster when healthy (17.6 points, 11.0 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 1.7 blocks, 53.8% from the field) and plays for the best team in the league.

Andrew Bynum hit 12-of-14 shots for a season-high 27 points and 12 rebounds as the Lakers beat the Pacers in Indy on Wednesday.
Bynum was hot early and benefited from the Pacers employing a small lineup at the start (minus Roy Hibbert). The Pacers switched things up at halftime, but it didn't matter. Bynum, who didn't have a block, and Pau Gasol (21 & 13) were just too much for the Pacers.

Pau Gasol couldn't be stopped on Tuesday, rolling up 26 points, 10 rebounds, four assists and one steal in a win over the Wizards.
In fairness, Gasol also had difficulty slowing Antawn Jamison on the other end. He has rediscovered his rhythm after sitting out with a hamstring injury and has scored 20+ points in three straight games.

Pau Gasol bounced back from missing two late free throws in Cleveland on Thursday to score 20 points on 7-of-10 shooting with eight rebounds, five assists, and four blocks on Friday.
He was a force down the stretch, but a 6-of-11 mark from the foul line tonight shows he is not fully right from the charity stripe, whether it's a physical or mental issue. Regardless, he still remains a must-start in fantasy leagues.
