Carmelo Anthony is expected to start Tuesday against the Raptors, despite missing shootaround because of migraines.
"I think he's going to play tonight," coach George Karl said. Meanwhile, Anthony Carter (hip) is questionable, while Kenyon Martin (knee), Chris Andersen (knee) and Ty Lawson (calf) are expected to play Tuesday night.

Nuggets big man Chris Andersen has been dealing with right knee tendinitis for several days, but isn't expected to miss any games.
The Birdman had eight points, 11 rebounds and one block vs. the Lakers on Friday, but he's been too inconsistent for use in most fantasy leagues.

 Kenyon Martin-F - Nuggets Nov. 8 - 1:55 pm et  

The results of an MRI taken after Kenyon Martin injured his left leg in Friday's game showed no break, and he is considered day-to-day with a bruised left fibula.
"I feel better today than I did yesterday," Martin said Saturday. "I've broken the fibula twice in my right leg, and that's the way (the injury first) felt. But I can tolerate playing. I'm not worried, man." Originally thought to be out a couple of weeks, K-Mart and his owners get a bit of a break here.

Chris Andersen had his best game of the season in Saturday's loss to the Hawks, finishing with six points, 11 rebounds and three blocks.
It's about time Andersen finally showed up for his fantasy owners, but it's unfortunate that it came during the low point of the young season for the Nuggets. Now let's see if Birdman can build on this game.

Kenyon Martin has been ruled out for Saturday's game at Atlanta with a lower left leg contusion.
George Karl predicts that Martin will miss a week or two, although we won't know for sure until results of an MRI surface. His replacement hasn't been named, but our guess is either Renaldo Balkman or Chris Andersen will take his place in the starting five. Regardless of who starts, both players will see an increased role over the next couple weeks.
