Larry Hughes will replace Jared Jeffries in the starting lineup for the Knicks on Monday.
Hughes played well in his last game, scoring 18 points to go along with five rebounds, six assists and four steals. Apparently the plans for a buyout have been put on hold, and Hughes is probably a more effective player than JJ. That said, given that this season is a lost cause, why not put a young guy like Toney Douglas out there? Source: Newsday
