Kirk Hinrich chipped in 19 points (6-of-10 FGs) off the Bulls' bench on Saturday, adding two 3-pointers, four rebounds and seven assists.
Hinrich's defensive abilities are crucial for the Bulls, and when he's clicking offensively he vastly improves their bench play -- he came into this game shooting 35%, so hopefully this will get him going.

Coach Vinny Del Negro on Friday hinted at making some changes to the Bulls' playing rotation.
Kirk Hinrich and Brad Miller have struggled shooting and Jannero Pargo has barely played as he recovers from back and hip injuries. Del Negro gave no specifics, but if Pargo heals up, we expect to eventually see an increase in his minutes. Pargo is a risk, but could pay dividends later in the season.

Kirk Hinrich had 10 points and seven assists in Friday's blowout loss to the Celtics.
Hinrich is off to a good start this season and is a decent fantasy option with Ben Gordon now shooting threes in Detroit.

Kirk Hinrich (elbow) returned to action impressively against the Spurs on Thursday, scoring 14 points with 5-of-11 shooting (2-of-5 from downtown) with six rebounds, two assists, and two blocks.
Captain Kirk played 29 minutes off the bench, and looks ready to fulfill the sixth-man role once occupied by Ben Gordon, albeit without the propensity to shoot the ball every single time he touches it.

According to Stu Courtney of the Chicago Sun-Times, Derrick Rose (ankle) "admits it's unlikely he will play major minutes for at least the first few games."
This shouldn't be a major cause for panic if you're a Rose owner, but at the very least it's worth keeping in mind that he could get off to a slow start as he recovers from ankle trouble.

Bulls captain and sixth-man Kirk Hinrich (elbow) practiced fully on Sunday and Monday and should be ready for the season opener.
Hinrich played in only 51 games last season because of a thumb injury, finishing with career-lows in points, assists, and minutes played. He'll have far more opportunities without Ben Gordon around, however, and should be a safe pick in the later rounds.
