Guard Leandro Barbosa had his right wrist drained Friday and missed Saturday's practice as a result.
He's been cleared to play on Sunday, but don't expect much from him as the wrist continues to be an issue for him.

 Leandro Barbosa-G - Suns Nov. 13 - 1:42 am et

Leandro Barbosa hit just 4-of-12 shots and a 3-pointer for nine points, three boards and one assist on Thursday.
Barbosa may be the odd man out in Phoenix, as everyone, including center Channing Frye and backup forward Jared Dudley, are hitting threes. Let Barbosa have a big game or two and then trade him. Or just cut him for a hot free agent. We were high on Barbosa coming into the season, but it's starting to look like he's only going to have real value if Jason Richardson or Grant Hill goes down with an injury.
 Jared Dudley-F - Suns Nov. 13 - 1:38 am et

Jared Dudley hit 5-of-11 shots and three more 3-pointers for 14 points and six rebounds in Thursday's loss to the Lakers.
He's now hit 15 threes in his last six games and looks like a decent deep-league pickup. He got some garbage time tonight, but is playing well. And his 3-point shooting is just another reason that Leandro Barbosa has become expendable to fantasy owners.
 Jared Dudley-F - Suns Nov. 12 - 3:47 am et

Jared Dudley had 11 points, four rebounds and three more 3-pointers on Wednesday.
He's hit 12 threes in his last five games, scoring in double figures in four of those. If you need threes and play in a 12-14 team league, give him a look. He's another reason to be nervous about Leandro Barbosa, whose 3-point proficiency makes him just another player on the Suns' roster.
 Leandro Barbosa-G - Suns Nov. 12 - 3:43 am et

Leandro Barbosa had 11 points and a 3-pointer on 4-of-8 shooting, but played just 17 minutes in Wednesday's win.
He's been rendered almost useless with so many Suns being proficient from three-point land, but has also been dealing with a wrist injury. The Suns are now 8-1 and winners of four straight, and play the Lakers at LA on Thursday. The 8-1 start is their best early mark since the 1980-81 season. As for Barbosa, owners need to determine how important his potential threes are and then make a decision on whether or not to drop him for a hot free agent.
 Leandro Barbosa-G - Suns Nov. 8 - 10:20 pm et

Leandro Barbosa said after Sunday's game that his wrist was "sore" but that he was encouraged by his performance.
"I was a little scared to get hit," said Barbosa. "Soon, I'll be all right. But it is better." The Suns play four games next week, which gives Barbosa enough margin for error that you should probably play him if you normally would.
