Beat writer Armando Salguero "seriously doubts" that the Dolphins are interested in free agent Donte' Stallworth.
We agree. Stallworth wouldn't be an upgrade over any of the Dolphins current mediocre wide receivers and Bill Parcells often avoids guys with off-field problems. Stallworth isn't going to get many bites on the open market.

Browns released WR Donte' Stallworth.
He didn't last 24 hours on the offseason roster after being reinstated from his one-year suspension Monday morning. Stallworth is still only 29, but was completely ineffective the last time he played, catching just 17 balls for 170 yards and a single touchdown in 11 games opposite Braylon Edwards in 2008. He'll be lucky to get more than a one-year deal for the veteran's minimum, and is a long shot to ever reappear on the fantasy radar again.

Donte' Stallworth has technically returned to the Browns roster as of Monday morning.
There will be no formal NFL announcement of the reinstatement, a source tells the Cleveland Plain Dealer. Stallworth will be released before his $1M roster bonus is due on March 20 and we're not expecting him to garner a ton of interest on the open market. The Ravens could make sense as a team looking for a deep threat.

Commissioner Roger Goodell said on Friday that suspended WR Donte' Stallworth will be reinstated after the Super Bowl on Sunday.
Goodell said he met with Stallworth about a month ago and says he is "in a better place than he was." Stallworth served 24 days in jail last summer after being charged with DUI manslaughter in March. The Browns are expected to release him before March 20th, when he is due a $1 million roster bonus.

Suspended Browns WR Donte' Stallworth is due a $1 million roster bonus on March 20 -- the 15th day of the new league year.
He'll be gone before then. Stallworth would be in line for a $1.5 million salary if he was to stay on the 2010 roster into Week 1, but he's not a good enough player and brings too much bad P.R. to keep around. Stallworth figures to receive no more than the NFL minimum when he hits the open market.

Commissioner Roger Goodell indicated that Donte' Stallworth will be reinstated from his suspension when eligible next week.
"He recognizes the terrible judgment that he made and the tragic judgment he made and he'll be free to continue his career as of next week," offered Goodell. The Browns still own Stallworth's rights, but they fully intend to cut ties with him this offseason.
