Jerricho Cotchery caught five balls for 102 yards in the Jets' AFC title game loss to the Colts.
Cotchery would've had a touchdown had "Wildcat" QB Brad Smith not severely underthrown him on a first-half trick play/bomb. Cotchery had to come back for the ball and (only?) ended up with a 45-yard gain. Though his numbers were down in 2009 because of a rookie QB and a hamstring injury that cost him three games and parts of multiple others, Cotchery will remain a fine WR3/4 fantasy pick in 2010. Sanchez's modest arm strength complements Cotchery's underneath and after-catch abilities well.

Jerricho Cotchery led the Jets with three catches for 25 yards in Sunday's Divisional Round playoff victory.
He also took an end around for a one-yard gain. Cotchery has let the Jets in catches in both playoff wins and is up to nine grabs for 93 yards in the postseason. He'll see plenty of Colts top CB Kelvin Hayden next week.

Jerricho Cotchery caught six passes for 67 yards against the Bengals in the wild card round of the playoffs Saturday.
Cotchery's effort was more impressive than the numbers suggest. He hauled in two tough sideline, toe-dragging catches for key first downs. Earning Mark Sanchez's trust, Cotchery should be the go-to guy next week against the Colts or Chargers.

He's ready for the playoffs and likely to see a lot of Bengals LCB Johnathan Joseph on Saturday, although the Jets won't game plan to pass often.

The hip issue isn't a concern for his availability at Cincinnati.

Jerricho Cotchery was limited in Jets practice Tuesday with a hip injury.
The minor injury won't prevent him from facing Cincinnati this weekend. Cotchery finished the regular season with 57 receptions for 821 yards and three TDs. He also closed out the year as the Jets' primary punt returner.
