Free agent QB Patrick Ramsey reportedly worked out for the Bills Tuesday.
The Bills will be without Trent Edwards (concussion) again this week, so the team could just be looking to add depth. Edwards has not been given a timetable for a return, however, so Ramsey could be an option to handle backup duties if signed.

Titans released Patrick Ramsey.
A bit of a surprise, but the team needed an extra cornerback for this week's game. They signed Cary Williams off their practice squad. The Titans risk losing Ramsey to another team, but we'd be surprised if he didn't end up back on the Tennessee roster before long. Clearly, he's no threat to Vince Young.

Patrick Ramsey served as Tennesssee's No. 2 quarterback in Week 3, but only because Vince Young was ill.
"Vince was No. 3 because he missed two days of practice and you can't miss two days worth of practice in preparation for this defense," coach Jeff Fisher said. Expect Young to resume his usual No. 2 duties in Week 4.

The Titans aren't expected to sign free agent QB Cleo Lemon following his Thursday workout.
Lemon threw to fellow free agents Matt Jones, Jerry Porter and Samie Parker, but it sounds like the Titans were just building up their "emergency list." Patrick Ramsey's No. 3 job is safe.

The Titans will also be trying out free agent Cleo Lemon Thursday.
The Titans' quarterback position already looks pretty deep with Kerry Collins, Vince Young, and Patrick Ramsey, but if the Titans like what they see today, Ramsey could be on the outs. Lemon was released by the Ravens on Tuesday.

Patrick Ramsey will make the final 53-man roster, but the Titans confirmed Sunday that Vince Young will be their No. 2 quarterback this year.
"He's always been our No. 2 quarterback, and he'll remain that," coach Jeff Fisher said. V.Y. was very good in the Titans' second and fourth exhibition games, but struggled in the first and third. Still, he offers way more upside if Kerry Collins goes down. Ramsey will be inactive on game days.
