David Garrard completed 22-of-39 passes for 202 yards, two touchdowns, and an interception in the Jaguars' Week 17 loss to Cleveland.
He also ran for 40 yards on five scrambles, finishing the year with 323 rushing yards. Garrard posted a 15-10 TD-to-INT ratio in '09. He's too inconsistent a passer with too weak receiver options to ever be more than a QB2, and the Jags may bring in competition this offseason, especially if Jack Del Rio is fired. Garrard, 32 in February, is due an $8 million salary in 2010.
