Seahawks acquired DT Cory Redding from the Lions in exchange for LB Julian Peterson.
It's believed that Seattle will also receive a fifth-round pick. Redding, 28, was entering the third-year of a seven-year, $49 million deal, but he has agreed to restructure as part of the trade.
