Broncos CB Champ Bailey didn't surrender a single touchdown pass during the 2009 season.
He did allow 47 catches for 624 yards, although Bailey was often assigned to "shadow" No. 1 receivers. Bailey was arguably snubbed by All-Pro voters, with first-team picks Darrelle Revis and Charles Woodson, and second-teamers Leon Hall, Asante Samuel, and Nnamdi Asomugha making it over him.

 Champ Bailey-DB - Broncos Jan. 6 - 11:17 am et

Broncos coach Josh McDaniels confirmed that he wants Champ Bailey back.
Bailey, who will be 32 next season, is entering the final year of his contract and is due $12.5 million. "I love Champ," McDaniels said. "He's a captain. He's been a Bronco for a while, and I hope he's going to be a Bronco as long as I'm here."

Broncos LCB Champ Bailey is due $12.5 million next season in the final year of his contract.
Josh McDaniels is cleaning out holdovers from the Mike Shanahan regime, but it's hard to picture the Broncos parting with Bailey while he's still playing at a high level.

 Champ Bailey-DB - Broncos Aug. 10 - 1:12 pm et

Broncos LCB Champ Bailey looks completely recovered from his 2008 elbow and groin injuries at training camp.
Bailey, 31, will try to make it through his first full season since he picked off a career-high 10 passes in 2006. His new bookend is Andre' Goodman, who can't be worse than Dre' Bly. Champ should see a few more passes his way.

Champ Bailey returned to Broncos practice.
He's off the active/PUP list after missing a handful of days of practice. Bailey still has the reputation as one of the league's best corner, but he has a lot to prove coming off an injury-marred season.
 Champ Bailey-DB - Broncos Aug. 1 - 11:50 am et

Veteran CB Champ Bailey said he "can't talk about" why he's started training camp on the PUP list.
Bailey missed time last season with a torn groin muscle and then had elbow surgery in the offseason. But neither the player nor the coach would say if that's the reason Bailey sat yesterday out. This is all very Bill Belichick-esque.
