Beat writer Kent Somers projects Clark Haggans to be the Cardinals' starting right outside linebacker, ahead of Bertrand Berry.
Haggans, 32, had just one sack last year while battling a Lisfranc sprain. Berry is a far superior blitzer, so Arizona must view Haggans as better against the run. Either way, this is an IDP situation to avoid. The Cards couldn't rely on injury-prone 2008 starter Travis LaBoy, but they're way weaker on paper here. Source: Arizona Republic
