The Carroll County Times speculates that Todd Heap may have played his last game with the Ravens.
Heap's athletic ability is declining severely and he is set to make $4 million in 2010. The Ravens sorely need to upgrade Joe Flacco's receivers and Heap, 30 in March, can no longer be considered anything close to a weapon. L.J. Smith is behind Heap on the depth chart and has pass-catching talent if he could ever stay healthy, but he can't and is an unrestricted free agent in 2010.

Todd Heap caught four passes for 35 yards against the Colts in the Divisional Round of the playoffs.
Heap remains a quality red-zone option, but the Ravens were kept between the 20s for much of the night, limiting his impact. Turning 30 in March, Heap is no longer a threat to make plays after the catch. The Ravens will likely add a second tight end this offseason.

Todd Heap (back) is listed as probable for the Divisional Round.
Heap is due a hefty $4 million salary in 2010, so it wouldn't be shocking if this weekend's game was his last in a Ravens uniform, assuming Baltimore loses. 30 in March, Heap ended the regular season with 593 receiving yards.

X-rays came back negative on Todd Heap's back after he left Sunday's playoff with with a "stinger" injury.
Heap is reportedly dealing with back spasms, but coach John Harbaugh expects him to be OK. Look for Heap to start this weekend at Indianapolis.

Todd Heap's fourth-quarter injury Sunday was diagnosed as a back stinger.
Heap's legs appeared to be overextended on the play, but his back was the issue. He said after the game that he plans to play against Indy in the Divisional Round, but admits his back his "hurting pretty good right now."
